Soccer Game Preview: Windsor Charter Academy vs. Fort Morgan + Official Tickets

The Windsor Charter Academy Firebirds are taking a road trip to take on the Fort Morgan Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Windsor Charter Academy will be strutting in after a win while Fort Morgan will be coming in after a loss.

While Windsor Charter Academy's victory against Heritage Christian wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Firebirds beat the Eagles by a goal, winning 2-1. Windsor Charter Academy's winning goal came courtesy of Evan Layette.

Meanwhile, Fort Morgan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 4-2 to DSST: Conservatory Green. That's two games in a row now that Fort Morgan have lost by exactly two goals.

Fort Morgan's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-1. As for Windsor Charter Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-4-1.

Windsor Charter Academy took their victory against Fort Morgan in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 5-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Firebirds since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
