Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Columbia). They claimed a resounding 84-40 win over the Redan Raiders. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles who have now won eight games in a row.

Despite the defeat, Redan saw an underclassman step up: freshman Ke'Shawn Briggs posted 13 points. Jordan Francis was another key player, putting up eight points.

Columbia's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points per game. As for Redan, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Columbia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 41-39 defeat against Bettye Davis East Anchorage on the 23rd. As for Redan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 65-44 victory against Miller Grove on the 24th.
