Basketball Game Preview: St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans vs. Providence Academy Lions

St. Paul Academy-Summit and Providence Academy are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but not for long. The St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans will take on the Providence Academy Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Paul Academy-Summit is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, St. Paul Academy-Summit came up short against St. Croix Prep and fell 69-62.

Meanwhile, Providence Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Legacy Christian Academy on Friday, taking the game 80-72.

St. Paul Academy-Summit's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Providence Academy, their win bumped their record up to 4-14.

St. Paul Academy-Summit strolled past Providence Academy in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 78-64. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Paul Academy-Summit since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
