Baseball Recap: Hanover Park Gets the Win

The Hanover Park Hornets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Midland Park Panthers on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Hanover Park's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Midland Park, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hanover Park will venture away from home to face off against Parsippany at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hornets are facing the Redhawks at the right time seeing as the Redhawks are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Midland Park, they will head out on the road to take on Emerson at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
