Volleyball Recap: Ponder Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

It's playoff time, and Ponder had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Tatum Eagles 3-0 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kennedy Simon paced Ponder's offense, picking up 16 kills. Simon got some help from Zoe Dishman and her 36 assists. Makaylee Ruiz controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Ponder's record is now 29-12. As for Tatum, they moved to 37-4 with that loss, which also ended their 33-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Ponder nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
