All Saints Central had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Kingston Cardinals with a sharp 14-1 win on Friday. Considering the Cougars have won 15 matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fifth in a row for All Saints Central, bringing their record up to 20-5. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Kingston, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13-1 record this season.
