After losing to Blue Ridge the last time they met, Coolidge decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Coolidge Bears blew past the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets, posting a 61-31 win. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Coolidge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Adarius Miguel, who went 8 for 12 on his way to 16 points and eight rebounds. Porter Dees was another key player, going 5 of 10 on his way to 13 points and eight rebounds.

Coolidge smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.

Coolidge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. As for Blue Ridge, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Coolidge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 63-25 victory against Music Mountain on the 3rd. As for Blue Ridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-48 defeat against Veritas Prep on the 4th.
