Mooresville barely beat Terre Haute North Vigo the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pioneers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Patriots on Wednesday. The Pioneers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Patriots, too.

While Mooresville might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Terre Haute North Vigo scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-23, 25-18.

Mooresville's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-13. As for Terre Haute North Vigo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Mooresville will take on Monrovia at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Pioneers surely won't give up without a fight. After both having extra time off, Terre Haute North Vigo and Terre Haute South Vigo will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th. The Patriots are facing the Braves at the right time seeing as the Braves are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
