Carolina Wildcats's Johnny Miller rumbled for the longest rushing play in 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) this season in his game against Tennessee School for the Deaf last week. Miller ran for 82 yards on the play and finished with 271 on the day as his team bested the Vikings.
Pee Dee Academy moved up to 18 from 211 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Eagles were able to make the jump by losing to Clarendon Hall 28-8.
Carolina Wildcats' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Wildcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Trace Goldsmith has thrown for 732 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Brandon Duncan has 21 catches for 472 yards. Hunter Harkins leads the league in rushing with 616 yards.
Pee Dee Academy was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after losing to the Saints. Splinter Spivey's team came in at 18 in the state poll after placing at number 211 last week.
