Basketball Game Preview: Nogales Apaches vs. Flowing Wells Caballeros

The Nogales Apaches will head out to face off against the Flowing Wells Caballeros at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Nogales is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

On Friday, Nogales blew past Buena, posting a 75-28 victory. The Apaches have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Flowing Wells took a blow against Pueblo on Friday, falling 72-41.

Nogales' win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.8 points. As for Flowing Wells, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-7.

Nogales didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Flowing Wells when the teams last played last Friday, but they still walked away with a 42-36 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Nogales since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
