Basketball Recap: Boyertown Takes a Loss

Boyertown played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Pope John Paul II, falling 63-37. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-44 back in December of 2024.

Boyertown's loss was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Pope John Paul II, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 14-6.

Boyertown is taking a road trip to face off against Spring-Ford at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Spring-Ford has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 198 points over their last three matchups. As for Pope John Paul II, they will be playing at home against Perkiomen Valley at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
