Lawrence County's and West Lincoln's match on Tuesday was close at halftime, but Lawrence County turned on the heat in the second half with two goals. The Lawrence County Cougars never let the West Lincoln Bears onto the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won six games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit West Lincoln with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Grey Boyd, Wesley Harris, and Cody Wilson.

The win was the third in a row for Lawrence County, bringing their record for this year to 8-6-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for West Lincoln, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-10.
