Baseball Recap: Cashmere Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

The home team had won the previous two meetings between Cashmere and Connell, and Cashmere kept the tradition alive. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Eagles on Tuesday. Considering the Bulldogs have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Cashmere is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Connell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-9.

As of now, neither Cashmere nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
