Baseball Recap: Henryetta Takes a Loss

If Henryetta was riding high fresh off their 17-2 takedown of Millwood last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Knights fell 7-3 to the Bethel Wildcats on Monday. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Henryetta saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blaze Hill, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Henryetta's loss dropped their record down to 9-8-1. As for Bethel, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

While Henryetta had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
