Van Nuys has gone 8-2 against Canoga Park recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Van Nuys Wolves will look to defend their home court against the Canoga Park Hunters at 4:30 p.m. Van Nuys has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Van Nuys took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 71-54 victory over Panorama. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Wolves as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Van Nuys got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaden Gervacio out in front who posted 19 points and five steals. Another player making a difference was Beab Alemayehu, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine boards.

Meanwhile, Canoga Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 69-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of Reseda.

Van Nuys' win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Canoga Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-17.
