Soccer Game Preview: Preston vs. Pocatello + How To Watch

Preston hasn't had much luck against Pocatello recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Indians will square off against the Thunder at 7:00 p.m. Pocatello took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Preston, who comes in off a win.

Preston headed into their last contest having not scored more than one goal for six straight, but Blackfoot let them put that streak behind them. The Indians were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Broncos on Saturday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Preston's offense was hitting Blackfoot from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Tayli Udy led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Pocatello managed to keep up with Highland until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Thunder lost 3-0 to the Rams. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Pocatello's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Preston's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 2-7-5. As for Pocatello, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Preston might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Pocatello when the teams last played on Thursday. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
