Softball Recap: Stearns Comes Up Short

Stearns lost against Hodgdon on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Minutemen took a 21-17 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The Minutemen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stearns' defeat dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Hodgdon, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Hawks beat Stearns by a score of 21-17 later that day.
