Football Recap: Buhach Colony Gets the Win

Buhach Colony posted their closest victory since October 22, 2024 on Monday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 13-12 win over the Hughson Huskies. While the Thunder didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Although Hughson took the loss, they still got scores from Cienna Guillette and Keylee Lundquist.

Buhach Colony's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Hughson, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Looking ahead, Buhach Colony will challenge Atwater at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hughson, they will take on El Capitan at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Huskies 8.4, the Gauchos 5.6) so any points scored will be well earned.
