Soccer Recap: Research Triangle Comes Up Short

Research Triangle lost against Voyager Academy back in March of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Research Triangle Raptors came up short against the Voyager Academy Vikings, falling 3-0.

Research Triangle's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Voyager Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Research Triangle will head out to take on Raleigh Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Voyager Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Vance Charter at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Vance Charter will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Voyager Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
