Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest lost against Lakes on October 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Scouts took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Scouts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Lake Forest was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21.

Lake Forest's loss dropped their record down to 8-24. As for Lakes, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Forest will face off against Mundelein at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakes, they will challenge Lake Zurich at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
