Football Game Preview: McAdams vs. Riverside

On Friday Riverside take on McAdams at 7:00 PM. Riverside are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.

Riverside had a rough outing against South Delta two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Riverside captured a comfortable 31-14 win over West Tallahatchie. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Riverside as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, McAdams didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 16-22 to Shaw last Friday.

Riverside's victory lifted them to 2-5 while McAdams's loss dropped them down to 2-6. In their victory, Riverside relied heavily on junior Jonathan Richardson, who accumulated 118 passing yards and picked up 31 yards on the ground. McAdams will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
