Stebbins had lost six games straight , but after bumping their record up to 7-12 on Wednesday that streak is in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Trotwood-Madison Rams with a sharp 11-1 victory. Considering the Indians' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

As for Trotwood-Madison, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. They haven't had much luck with Stebbins recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

For Trotwood-Madison's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kimani Gray, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base. Gray has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stebbins will take on Carroll at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Indians are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Trotwood-Madison, they will challenge Thurgood Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19.86 runs per game on average), something the Rams will no doubt try to take advantage of.
