King's Way Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Fort Vancouver Trappers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trappers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 on Tuesday.

Soph Brewer put in work no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
