Covington waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Middle College Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Ava McCalla paced Covington's offense, picking up eight kills. McCalla got some help from Caroline Cole and her 11 assists. McCalla was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Covington's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Middle College, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Covington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Germantown on the 23rd. As for Middle College, they will venture away from home to take on Craigmont at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
