Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Long Prairie-Grey Eagle). They enjoyed a cozy 42-26 victory over the Maple Lake Irish on Tuesday. For the Thunder, this counts as revenge for the 50-44 win the Irish walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Long Prairie-Grey Eagle's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Maple Lake, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Long Prairie-Grey Eagle will be home for the holidays to greet Upsala at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
