Baseball Recap: Vision Takes a Loss

Vision was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss. They lost 10-1 to the New Plymouth Pilgrims. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against New Plymouth this season, with their most recent defeat being a 12-0 loss back in April.

Vision saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Payton Williams, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one double. Williams is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.

Vision's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for New Plymouth, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Vision does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Plymouth, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 14-4 loss against Marsing on the 1st.
