Valley Regional's loss ends four-game winning streak at home

Recap: Valley Regional Warriors vs. East Hampton Bellringers
The Valley Regional Warriors pushed their score all the way to 58 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 68-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of East Hampton. Valley Regional was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as East Hampton apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.
Valley Regional lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jack Driscoll, who scored nine points along with 18 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Dolinsky, who scored 15 points.
Valley Regional's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-2. As for East Hampton, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valley Regional will face off against Cromwell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. East Hampton won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Canton at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th.
