Volleyball Recap: Beatrice Victorious

Beatrice saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Tekamah-Herman Tigers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Orangemen.

Claire Trusty paced Beatrice's offense, picking up nine kills. Trusty got some help from Kiley Hatcliff and her 17 assists. Trusty was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Beatrice's victory bumped their record up to 6-16. As for Tekamah-Herman, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-19.

Looking ahead, Beatrice will be taking part in a tournament against Wahoo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tekamah-Herman, they will welcome Pender at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
