Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jack Hartman and Henry Geiger Lead Troy to Victory

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Troy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top against the Horton Chargers by a score of 69-62. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Troy was led to victory by Henry Geiger and Jack Hartman. Geiger on his way to 26 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Hartman dropped a double-double with 15 points and 12 boards. Geiger's morning made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Hunter Engemann was another key player, putting up six points.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Horton, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-5-1.

As of now, neither Troy nor Horton have any future games scheduled.
