Baseball Recap: South Lamar Stallions vs. McKenzie Tigers

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only South Lamar walked away with it. They came out on top against the McKenzie Tigers by a score of 7-2 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but South Lamar sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Brooks Wright and Mason Weathers did most of the damage at the plate: Wright scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Weathers went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and an RBI. Another player making a difference was Kye Crimm, who went 2-for-4 with a triple and an RBI.
