Northwood takes loss despite strong efforts from Ken'Tyreon Eddie and Jahari Mccoy

Recap: Northwood Gators vs. Montgomery Tigers
The Northwood Gators were the 68-28 winner over the Montgomery Tigers when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Northwood took a 45-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Montgomery.
Northwood's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jahari Mccoy, who scored 28 points, and Ken'Tyreon Eddie who scored 12 points along with eight blocks and seven rebounds. The match was Mccoy's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
Northwood's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Montgomery, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12.
Northwood will take on Logansport at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Louisiana (Logansport is ranked 307th, while Northwood is ranked 305th). As for Montgomery, they will head out on the road to face off against LaSalle at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
