Baseball Recap: Faribault Takes a Loss

Faribault had lost three straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 2-13 to make it four. They lost 13-2 to the John Marshall Rockets. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Falcons couldn't push the score so high this time.

As for John Marshall, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-10 record. The contest marked their most dominant victory of the season.

For John Marshall's part, they got a massive performance out of Caden Endle, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, three RBI, and two doubles. Those four runs gave Endle a new career-high. Mark Muenkel also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Faribault will head out to take on Winona at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for John Marshall, they will venture away from home to square off against Byron at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
