Volleyball Recap: Five Straight Home Wins for Catalina Foothills

Catalina Foothills won the last time they faced Flowing Wells and things went their way on Monday too. The Falcons put the hurt on the Caballeros with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Catalina Foothills took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-11, 25-11.

Zane Schwartz was the offensive standout of the contest as he had 11 digs and four assists. That's the most assists he has posted over his last seven matches.

Catalina Foothills couldn't miss and finished the game having scored on 43.7% of their attack attempts. That's the best hitting percentage they've posted all season.

Catalina Foothills' win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-10. As for Flowing Wells, their loss dropped their record down to 12-12.
