Baseball Recap: Kiski School Cougars vs. Leechburg Blue Devils
After losing to Leechburg the last time they met, Kiski School decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cougars walked away with a 10-6 win over the Blue Devils on Thursday. The Cougars' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Tyler Hahn was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one triple. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Parker Hannah also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
Kiski School always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .576. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Kiski School's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Leechburg, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kiski School will head out to take on Hill School at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The last three games the Rams have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Leechburg, they are taking a road trip to square off against Rochester at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
