Football Game Recap: West vs. Lodi

Their game last Friday wasn't at all kind to Lodi, but their most recent contest may have softened the blow. They were the clear victor by a 30-6 margin over West. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Lodi as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Lodi got off to a slow start in their matchup last week, but they had no such trouble against West as they cruised to a 20-point first half. Meanwhile, West couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 20-0 heading into the break. The other side of the ball continued to do well for Lodi in the second half and held West to 6 points.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Lodi take on Tracy at 7:15 PM. Unlike Lodi, Tracy will be limping in after taking a loss. West will look to defend their home turf against Lincoln at 7:15 PM.
