Basketball Game Preview: North Central Knights vs. Central Eagles

Having just played yesterday, the North Central Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Central Eagles at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 21 consecutive losses dating back to last season for North Central and 12 for Central dating back to last season.

On Monday, North Central took a blow against Lugoff-Elgin, falling 66-17.

Meanwhile, Central played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Piedmont and fell 46-10. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-4.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for North Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

North Central was dealt a bruising 58-22 loss at the hands of Central in their previous matchup back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Central's Jordyn Griffin, who posted 15 points in addition to eight boards and seven steals.
