Greeneview is 10-0 against Northeastern since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Greeneview Rams will look to defend their home court against the Northeastern Jets at 12:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Wednesday, Greeneview was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-48 to First Baptist Academy. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 344th in Ohio, while the Lions are ranked 20th in Florida).

Meanwhile, Northeastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Madison Plains and fell 63-16. The Jets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-11.

Northeastern's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Greeneview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Greeneview against Northeastern in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 47-17 win. Does Greeneview have another victory up their sleeve, or will Northeastern turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
