Soccer Recap: Nipomo's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak at Home

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Nipomo can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the Granite Hills Grizzlies on Wednesday. Considering the last time the Titans couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Nipomo's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those seven games. As for Granite Hills, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-10.

As of now, neither Nipomo nor Granite Hills have any future games scheduled.
