Carlmont won the last time they faced El Camino and things went their way on Friday too. The Carlmont Scots walked away with a 7-2 victory over the El Camino Colts. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Scots.

Reilly Becker was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Levi Wellman was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Carlmont's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for El Camino, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Carlmont has already played their next game, an 8-2 defeat against Wilcox on the 4th. As for El Camino, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-6 loss against Archbishop Riordan on the 1st.
