Kenmore East came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.9 points), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Niagara Falls Wolverines a 36-0 shutout. The final result isn't all the surprising considering the Bulldogs' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 47th, while the Wolverines are ranked 200th).

Kenmore East pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.8 points. As for Niagara Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
