Basketball Recap: Gabe Moore's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Friends' Central over Pennington

Friends' Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 58-55 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pennington Red Raiders. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat Friends' Central has suffered since January 17th.

Friends' Central lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Gabe Moore, who went 6 for 15 on his way to 18 points and five assists. Pat Feamster was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 14 points and nine boards.
