Football Recap: Westminster Christian Academy Gets the Win

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Westminster Christian Academy walked away with it. They managed a 26-21 victory over the Sacred Heart Trojans on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Westminster Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Sacred Heart, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 7-4.

Looking ahead, Westminster Christian Academy will take on Catholic of Pointe Coupee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Chargers will need to watch out since the Hornets have now posted at least 31 points in their last six games. Sacred Heart does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
