Volleyball Recap: Moffat County Bulldogs vs. Roaring Fork Rams

Moffat County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roaring Fork Rams. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

While Moffat County ultimately came up short, they really made Roaring Fork work, particularly in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-8, 25-27, 26-24.

Bella Vanzo paced Moffat County's offense, picking up six kills. Vanzo got some help from Adrian Profumo and her 15 assists. Vanzo was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Liz Revilla had a dynamite game For Roaring Fork., getting 19 digs and one assist. Those 19 digs gave Revilla a new career-high. Ember Golden also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Moffat County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Roaring Fork, they pushed their record up to 6-11 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
