Chatham has gone a perfect 3-0 against Galileo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Cavaliers will look to defend their home pitch against the Falcons at 5:30 p.m. Chatham is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Chatham's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Dan River with a sharp 6-0 victory. Considering Chatham have won 11 games by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Delaney Haymore and Leighton Johnston scored all six of Chatham's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 50 goals.

Meanwhile, Galileo managed to keep up with Appomattox County until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Falcons lost 5-2 to the Raiders. Galileo have struggled against Appomattox County recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Chatham pushed their record up to 11-0-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five contests. As for Galileo, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-2.

Chatham took their win against Galileo in their previous meeting on May 2nd by a conclusive 9-0 score. Do the Cavaliers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
