Greenbrier not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 8, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Grovetown Warriors as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 2-0 victory back in August.

While Greenbrier won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-21, 25-22.

Madelyn Lincicum paced Greenbrier's offense, picking up 12 kills. Lincicum got some help from Karsynn Tucker and her 32 assists. Finally, Lincicum was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Greenbrier's record is now 20-15. As for Grovetown, their loss dropped their record down to 15-20.

Coming up, Greenbrier will challenge South Effingham at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The last three games the Mustangs have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Grovetown, they will head out on the road to face off against North Gwinnett at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
