Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is South Summit's Tenth in Last 11 Outings

South Summit extended their road winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Logan Woolstenhulme. The South Summit Wildcats walked away with a 58-48 win over the Grantsville Cowboys on Friday thanks in part to Woolstenhulme, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and ten rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last 32 games he's played dating back to last season.

South Summit has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.2 points per game. As for Grantsville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Summit will venture away from home to take on Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Morgan will roll in looking for their 18th straight victory, something South Summit surely won't give up without a fight. As for Grantsville, they are taking a road trip to face off against Ben Lomond at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Grantsville is facing Ben Lomond at the right time seeing as Ben Lomond is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
