Basketball Recap: Lehman Comes Up Short

Lehman played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Cedar Park Timberwolves, falling 67-21. The Lobos have struggled against the Timberwolves recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Lilly Coronado was Lehman's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Tamira Mcqueen held things down on the boards with eight rebounds. Audrey Johnson took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Lehman's loss dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Cedar Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 19 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.

Lehman will take on Glenn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Glenn will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lehman surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cedar Park, they will head out on the road to challenge Leander at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cedar Park is facing Leander at the right time seeing as Leander is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
