Baseball Recap: Salisbury Christian Comes Up Short

Salisbury Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Geneseo Blue Devils, falling 18-3. Salisbury Christian was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Geneseo apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Salisbury Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Graves, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Salisbury Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Geneseo, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Salisbury Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 12-4 loss against Chincoteague on the 13th. As for Geneseo, they will host Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
