Volleyball Recap: Homewood Comes Up Short

Homewood saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ocean Springs Greyhounds.

Homewood's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Ocean Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Homewood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Oak Mountain on the 27th. As for Ocean Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Briarcrest Christian on the 23rd.
