Meanwhile, South Side was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Bethlehem Center.
Beaver County Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against South Side in their previous matchup back in October of 2020, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for Beaver County Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
